    Our product suite is used mainly by the team responsible for customer engagement and retention through campaigns. Depending on the org structure or hierarchy, this could be the Marketing Team, Growth Team, or even the Product Team in some cases. The industries we mostly work with are eCommerce, Retail, Telco, Travel and Hospitality, OTT and Digital Media, Banking and Finance.

    Our suite comprises of two key product sets – Marketing Automation and Engagement Analytics. Our customers can use Analytics to understand the behavior of their users, identify holes in their conversion funnel, and measure their app stickiness with cohort analysis. Armed with these insights, they can shape their customer engagement strategy in a data-driven way.
    The Marketing Automation platform is integrated with Analytics to reduce friction and data ambiguity. Customers can segment their users based on demographics, behavior, preferences etc. and run hyper personalised contextual campaigns to engage them.
    Then they get back to Analytics to close the loop. They can understand the impact of the campaigns, find out what worked and what could have been done better.
    As this process continues, the customer engagement approach improves leading to better engagement and higher customer lifetime value.

    MoEngage has features and capabilities to cover a wide spectrum of users.
    Less technical teams can use it to get basic insights, run customer engagement campaigns, and understand the impact to continually improve. More mature teams can use our Open Analytics to expand the scope of data analysis by integrating data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, and Data Studio. They can also integrate online-offline engagement, send personalized product/content recommendations using product catalogs/content API and target customers in real-time based on their physical location.

    In terms of acquisition tracking, we integrate with the likes of Branch, Appsflyer and Apsalar. In terms of retargeting ad campaigns, Google Display Network, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Messenger. In terms of data warehousing and visualization, Segment, Tableau, Data Studio, Looker, and Qlik.

    Our pricing model is based on Monthly Tracked Users. We get paid as our customers grow.
    The product is free to use for up to 10,000 MTUs with basic features. Customers can upgrade to start tracking and engaging more users and unlock more features.

  • Does MoEngage offer any kind of training/education for their product?

    For enterprise customers, we provide a dedicated Engagement Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Technical Support Manager. Even for other customers, we have product videos on YouTube and in-product walkthroughs to help them learn the product faster.
