It was a clean process, every elements is signed off once agreed which helps with timescales and knowing where you are in the process. As I wanted full control of each front page element, they were also able to customise the backend controls flawlessly. I moved my website to their hosting service which I thought was a great idea as it then gives them full control in the event of any issues.
