Both Greta Gay and David Ankeny have been very helpful over the years with guidance and handling our questions related to affirmative action plans and other regulatory requirements. In most cases, I was able to get an answer to my questions the same day. They are both very friendly and informative of AAP issues and regulations. About 8 years ago we began using the electronic application process through Applicant Harbor. This was the best decision we made in regards to applicant collection and logs. Debbie Lee assisted us with setup and training. We submit a job requisition with job description, dates we want to post job opening, and she takes care of the rest. In most cases job opening requests are open for applicants the same day or by beginning of business the next day. Debbie is friendly and is available when we have questions. We are happy with the services provided by Lighthouse.”
