"Our Customer Success Manager is incredibly helpful and holds check in calls with our team every 2 weeks to discuss any questions and open support cases, and in between the calls is very responsive to questions via email. He is also proactive to reach out if he notices anything in our lease portfolio/system configuration that needs attention. Technical Support also generally addresses issues very quickly and efficiently. It is very easy to create support case tickets and to follow the status of the ticket. I like having access to a database of training video I can watch and review as needed, the videos are easy to follow and understand. The live Velocity sessions are also very helpful to learn the system and to be able to ask questions in real time; the trainers/SMEs are very knowledgeable. The system isn't perfect as we occasionally run into issues (ie. a functionality that isn't available, a journal entry not generating correctly, etc) but the company is continually improving with frequent version updates and generally has upcoming fixes in the pipeline before we identify an issue. They will also proactively reach out to let us know of updates that cause accounting adjustments and specifically which leases in our portfolio could potentially be impacted so that we can monitor the month end journal entry export. I highly recommend LeaseAccelerator. The quality of support more than compensates for any issues that we encounter with the software. Definitely leverage the wealth of training materials - videos and step by step user guides - readily available to help navigate the system. Additionally, the customer service, subject matter experts, technical support are all very knowledgeable and helpful, and are a great resource. Tracking of our lease portfolio is much easier and cleaner than the previous method of manual spreadsheets. There are many useful reports available, including the BYOR (build your own) reports which are customizable to which fields are useful for your own purposes and can be manipulated within the user interface (reorganizing columns as well as adding charts, graphs, additional columns with custom formulas, etc) before exporting from the system. Reporting functions assist in compiling amounts for external financial reporting that previously were otherwise difficult to ascertain."
