We continually see the improvement that computers make to health organisations in remote aboriginal communities and how they contribute to improved health outcomes for the people. This is their motivation to never stop finding ways to improve their service to all their customers. Due to the ever-changing advancements in IT, they continue to provide University based training and resources to their staff to provide them with the knowledge to efficiently resolve problems with the latest technologies. They also look abroad for fresh ideas and methods and have acquired the services of very experienced technicians from Switzerland, Russia, France, Fiji, and India. As they have past their first 16 year anniversary they are moving fast to the next 10, what will be the major technologies that will change IT and improve the benefit of their business Clients and get the most from their computers and devices. Technologies that come to mind are Cloud Computing, Mobile Computing, the National Broadband Network as well as ingenious forms of user input such as Multi-Touch Devices and Video and Speech Recognition.
