    Leadr is user-friendly and can be easily adopted by team members with zero software experience. Our onboarding experience comes with a hands-on training where teams are guided through the different modules and use-cases throughout the Leadr platform.

    Leadr is constantly working toward new features that help you better engage and grow your team. On top of continued app improvements, we are also launching a new module called Leadr Insights, which helps you measure your employee engagement, track trends over time, and give you practical action steps for how to improve.

  • Does Leadr offer any kind of training/education for their product?

    Leadr is easy to use and intuitive, using the software requires little to no training at all. However training is always available from our Customer Success team.

  • Describe the implementation process and timeline for Leadr software.

    When you partner with Leadr you'll get a dedicated Implementation Manager. The Implementation Managers goal is to get you and your team using Leadr and getting value from it as quickly as possible. (Usually less that 2 weeks from time of purchase.) They will also be there for you at any point in the first 90-days if you need additional support.
