"We decided to redesign our toiletry ranges with new labels and a revised marketing approach. We tendered for design professionals and found Kutchibok. Our remit was to lift the product range to a luxury brand which could be marketed to boutique hotels and upmarket guest houses and B&Bs. Kutchibok set about the task in a manner which guided us, as newcomers to this marketing minefield, with a down to earth, friendly and efficient attitude. Developing our limited thoughts and expanding them into the innovative and eye catching designs that you see on our products today. The new labelling has enables us to reach customers who would only consider established high end brands previously and we have seen our customer base and turnover increase since the revamped designs have hit the market place.
