"Kicksite has almost everything we need and is so easy to use! We began using Kicksite after using a CRM program that was entirely too complicated for our martial arts school. We realized we weren’t using over half of the features. Then we found Kicksite which has just what we need for our school. It is specific to martial arts and easy enough to use so that we can spend our time teaching instead of trying to figure out the software. Kicksite manages our members and leads with a customizable ranking system for our students. We use it to send emails and texts, manage events including rank promotions and track attendance. We’ve recently begun using the financing and POS features and are happy with those so far as well. Our members use the student portal to see email history, register for events and manage their contact info. One of our favorite features is the student portal video and document library that is rank-specific. We received thorough training and have access to their knowledge base documents and how-to videos. They also send their customers information such as help with sales and very valuable advice on surviving the COVID pandemic. Their support team is very responsive and supportive. If there’s a feature that they don’t have, they welcome feedback to see if it’s something that may be helpful to add in the future. Kicksite listens to their customers and continuously makes improvements based on what they hear. We’re so glad we found them!"
