"KAMIND IT has demonstrated an expertise that has been supported and endorsed by Microsoft. They literally have ‘written the book’ on Office 365. This expertise and relationship allows them to have direct access and communication with Microsoft teams to understand the future of products, but most importantly, the technical issues surrounding Office 365. We are using them as a consultant to go beyond productivity apps and into solving other issues such as VOIP using the Office 365 app. The Office 365 platform is under constant development and is very dynamic. Smaller, less experienced IT providers may not understand the ‘innuendos’ of the Microsoft development process. As a result, researching technical capabilities and developments with these providers may end up getting no answers where KAMIND IT can just call and get the answer. The Office 365 platform is ‘agnostic’ to business communication and productivity applications. A business may have unique or propriety software deployment needs and KAMIND IT has experienced IT staff to seamlessly integrate these custom applications into Office 365. I would not want a less experienced team doing these deployments because they will not understand all that 365 has to offer, which could lead to not fully realizing the potential of Office 365 and the custom app. I also would not want a less experienced team to manage a conversion and rollout. Any platform change affects culture and KAMIND IT understands how sensitive change management is to all organizations."
