    All new customers go through the implementation process with an Implementation Manager. The timeline depends on the amount of products they purchased and the number of users.

    Jobvite provides direct access to 24x5 live support for all customers Sunday 6pm PST through Friday 6pm PST, excluding Jobvite holidays. Customers can also chat live or submit a support case.
