JOBPOWER is a construction accounting management solution that offers payroll by job, construction-oriented billing, detailed job costing, accounting, and other functionalities developed for contractors. You can install the software on a server or PC. The vendor also offers a cloud version for anywhere, anytime access.
JOBPOWER’s dashboards provide you a numerical and visual overview of jobs, financial info, payables, and receivables. Contractors can utilize the job management module to monitor change orders, customize cost categories, and apply equipment expenses to jobs. The billing module supports recurring billings, units billing, material and time invoicing, retainage tracking, and AIA billing. The payroll solution manages unions, certified payroll, and timesheet import from the timekeeping applications. In addition, documents produced in the platform are automatically filed in the document management module by document type, vendor, customer, and job.

JOBPOWER’s controlled design ensures the proper balancing of the job ledger report with the general ledger and gives you a full audit trail of the job info on the financial statement.
E-File Service
This service allows you to electronically file 1095B/1095C and 1099-MISC forms and W-2s to the federal and state governments. E-file checks for mistakes automatically before choosing the appropriate service and retains a digital copy for three years.

With JOBPOWER’s cloud solution, you can save the costs of purchasing software, maintaining a server, and spending on IT staff. The monthly cloud subscription fee covers maintenance, users, support, storage, and hosting. In addition, it presents the MS Office 2010 suite that field staff can use to create and edit documents at the worksite with their mobile gadgets.
