"This letter is a simple attempt to express the gratitude that I have for the services of JMI Staffing. In the fall of 2014, Single Stream Recycling had expanded our company from Wisconsin to Cocoa, Florida. With connections and acquaintances that I had in the recycle business, I was given the name and number of Martin Davenport with JMI Staffing. After my initial phone conversation with him, I hung up the phone thinking that this is a company I can work with. Because Marty and his wife were in the process of leaving the country on a 10 day mission trip to the Amazon River, he had directed his Business Development Manager John Perkins to meet me on the property site where we were beginning the planning for the building of our facility. John and I hit it off right away as he had an extreme amount of knowledge and suggestions on how JMI could not only provide the labor needed to staff our facility, but also on how we could partner our companies together to be successful and profitable. We purposely designed our facility with an office that is used for our full-time JMI On- Site Account Manager. John had held that position temporarily and had done a remarkable Job of recruiting, screening, placing and training the workforce that I needed to run my operation effectively. Today, JMI is our only source for manpower. Our entire workforce from management, admin and labor are the employees of JMI The On-Site Account manager position now belongs to Erik Hudson who continues the proud tradition and course of action that was previous established. With this arrangement, I am able to start my day and concentration solely on plant efficiencies and getting our product out the door. I do not have to spend my time with the day to day responsibilities of filling labor vacancies and managing our workforce. JMI is one reason for our success with our labor workforce. As we look to grow, I feel extremely comfortable using JMI in further expansion to other sites In Florida. JMI will be the sole provider once again in our next facility. As the owner of SSR, I feel extremely fortunate to have this partnership with JMI.
