“About 12 months ago, we realised that to be more effective we really needed to include facebook in our media campaign. To do that we needed to have a website that was mobile responsive, which our old website was not. JABA gave us an initial quote at the time and although we were keen to update, we’re a not for profit charity organisation and we just didn’t have the funding. In the meantime, JABA developed JABA XPress. When we got their email in May and saw how cost effective the new JABA XPress website was, we jumped at it. We’ve had some training over the phone and are very comfortable with our new JABA XPress site. It’s a lot easier to use and update in house, with no need to go back to the developer. We’re really looking to embrace the capacity to have a lot more photos now we can change and update them so easily. We’re organising a photo shoot and looking forward to including video as well. Adrian from JABA was also able to give us some some great direction on how to how to create and use a corporate facebook page as opposed to a personal facebook page, how to get people to engage with us through our facebook page and then get them coming back into our website. To have them complementing each other.”
