Luke and Inspira were the opposite -- always available by email or skype (within reason) and very quick to answer our questions. We have a designer on our team so Inspira just did the development, but unlike all the other developers we've worked with in the past, they got our design nearly perfect from the start. Instead of weeks upon weeks of revamps and changes, we just needed a few rounds of tweaks and the normal bug testing before our site could go live. There were some problems, as there always is with significant custom builds (on top of the Shopify platform), but they were resolved quickly and professionally. After our launch the team has stayed available to us to answer questions and make changes. And Inspira's prices are very competitive.
