Inforia, Inc. is an 18-year-old electronic health record company based in Syracuse, NY. It was created through the acquisition of a 14-year-old medical transcription company and an Internet document management company. With this merger, $10 million was invested to transform Inforia into the full-fledged electronic health record (EHR/EMR) company it is today. Inforia was started because they have personally experienced the issues that medical and behavioral health providers struggle with when trying to locate, document and share client data.
