  • Describe the implementation process and timeline for Impos software.

The implementation process usually takes 2 weeks. Once you decide you want to use the Impos system, a purchase order form needs to be completed and a 10% deposit must be made. Your Account Manager will then send you a Menu Template. You will need to complete it and return to Impos at least two weeks prior to your preferred installation date. We then digitalise your menu and import it into the system. We will then set up a system for you to practice on before basic training. This enables you to get the most out of your training as you will be familiar with the system. Next, ensure you have all cabling, both power Wi-Fi and data, ready to go prior to Installation. Make sure you a have a clear idea about where the terminals, printers and servers will be positioned. Installation usually takes two hours for the first terminal and one hour for each terminal after that.
