"Lynette, I would like to thank you for the great work you accomplished on updating the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce employee job descriptions and Employee Personnel Handbook recently. It had been a few years since we had revised our Employee Handbook and we knew it would take some effort to align our policies with the current federal and state law changes as well as some additional benefits we needed to add to our current information for our employees. It was great to work with your company while reviewing our current Handbook and receiving great input on changes to be made in a timely manner. I would say it was the smoothest revision we have ever accomplished on our Handbook! It was only a few weeks from start to finish, and this included review and approval from our Board of Directors at the Chamber. We also accomplished updated job descriptions for all of our employees.
