What is HITS?

Andreoli Software’s HITS is a cloud-hosted tire dealership and auto shop management platform for midsize and small businesses. It offers three modules: HITS TireLink, HITS ServiceCAT, and HITS BPOS. BPOS is the main module offering point-of-sale (POS) features for commercial, retail, and wholesale operations. TireLink and ServiceCAT can be bought as add-on applications.

Chief functionalities of HITS are labor management, accounting, appointment scheduling, and inventory management. The system monitors parts and labor times across several vendors and permits you to transfer labor and order parts. The inventory management function presents tools to manage ordering, pricing, purchasing, and inclusion of new items. Lastly, the vendor delivers support over phone and email.

HITS BPOS

HITS BPOS is a simple-to-use yet complete cloud-based POS solution that is utilized by wholesale tire distributors, commercial tire businesses, and auto and retail tire shops. This application is designed for efficiency and speed, streamlines POS processes, and assists you and your personnel to manage your business resourcefully.

BPOS offers features such as sales tools, scheduling and appointment, inventory management, reporting, accounts receivable, ERP/accounting integrations, and connections to leading third-party auto and tire service programs.  

HITS ServiceCAT

HITS ServiceCAT is a fast labor and parts estimating add-on to HITS BPOS. This module is ideal for quick lube companies, auto service centers, and tire shops.

ServiceCAT offers multi-vendor parts ordering and lookup, labor guide, service intervals, setup of unlimited local inventory, and a module for swift lube oil change. This solution comes configured with over 200 groups, so your business can order parts, and produce invoices and estimates without complex configuration. ServiceCAT needs an EPICOR data license.

HITS TireLink

This module is a real-time B2B e-commerce addition to HITS BPOS. It is suitable for regional tire wholesale dealers and large retail tire stores that do local tire wholesaling.

TireLink links to HITS BPOS in real time, which ensures customer accounts, pricing, and inventory are always updated and accurate. Orders done on Tirelink’s e-commerce system allocate and populate inventory in HITS BPOS.

Lastly, BPOS integrates with Tire Connect to help users with interest in B2C e-commerce.

Pricing

Retail Pricing

Upfront: Software pricing is based on selected modules and participation in dealer programs. The vendor may use manufacturer co-op funding for marketing and technology costs. Upfront fees are utilized for server configuration, software licensing, prior system data conversion, optional third-party licenses, unlimited training, and a project manager for setup and installation.

Monthly: The monthly subscription fee ranges from $225-$400 based on chosen modules. This fee covers software hosting, 24/7 after-hours emergency support, regular support, 7-day rolling backups, and automatic updates.

During setup: During setup and installation, 50% of subscription fee is levied. Full subscription takes effect after “going live”.
