Hireplicity, formerly known as Coding Avenue, was established in the US in 2006. In 2008, they expanded their operations in the Philippines, particularly in Tacloban City with only 4 full-time employees. Their original vision was to create their own million-dollar software. This later evolved to providing world-class managed developers to small to medium tech companies at a fraction of the cost.
