One-time fee covering entire eligible population for any 1 HES campaign.

One-time fee covering entire eligible population for any 2 HES campaigns within 12 months.

Each client is assigned a dedicated HES account manager to assist with the tools and strategies needed for success. HES supplies custom promotional tools including a wellness campaign timeline, email templates, campaign posters, a social media guide, and participant promo videos.
We also provide coordinator dashboard training along with participation and engagement consultations and regular account update calls.
We recommend a 4-week lead time for implementing a campaign.
Your HES account manager will schedule an implementation call to walk you through the promotion guide and checklist in detail for each campaign. Several customizable promotion tools will be provided, including posters, campaign email templates, and team leader email templates. These helpful templates will help generate enthusiasm, drive enrollment, and increase completion rates. Together with your account manager, you’re able to choose the promotion tools that best fit your workplace and population.
Several features can be customized during implementation to build a program that aligns with your culture and tone, such as teams, buddies, message boards, leaderboards, FAQs, and more.
Our in-house customer service team is dedicated to providing excellent support to our clients and their participants. HES is open and available Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM ET.
For participants, we use an effective online contact management system accessible at every stage of each campaign. Participants submit a brief contact request form; our policy is to respond within 1 business day. Actual response times average less than 1 hour. We do not outsource this support to any third party, but deliver it through our internal staff, who understand your priorities.
