"We were introduced to Hat Trick Media in early 2009 by a marketing consultant whom we had engaged to help us rebrand Newark & Nottinghamshire Agricultural Society. This project included designing and building a new web site to replace our rather outdated one. We were invited to their offices to meet the team and formed an easy and professional working relationship with them from day one. We have found them to be both reliable and creative and nothing has been too much trouble, even when I have called at the 11th hour for some change to our website. Charlotte, in particular, has always been on the end of the phone for us and is patient and clear in her explanations when we have needed help with uploading photos or pdfs to our website. As a charity, our financial resources are limited, and Hat Trick Media have always understood this and been happy to quote for projects and then add on elements as funds have become available.
