“The MGMT 295 Alumni Connect project allows me to stay involved with students even though my schedule does not usually allow for travel back to campus. I enjoy getting to not only share career advice but practical advice as well, such as how to deal with the concept of a midcareer switch something not nearly as common in previous generations As someone who isn't in an industry that typically recruits from business schools, but needs business students, Krannert Network allows me to share internships that students may not have known were options. It also allows me to keep connected with classmates and campus events from across the country."
