“What makes GeniusOne stand out is the extreme responsiveness of the team to customer service concerns and that they are constantly developing the product, making current features better, and adding new features. I love that all these new features and improvements are available to all clients without us having to pay more. I like that it is easy for one of my staff to keep up to date as new children sign up to the program so I do not even have to think about that side of thing. Staff like the ease of check in and out for their hour tracking and pays. The broadcast is a powerful, easy-to-use tool to communicate quickly and efficiently with all centres or (if set up) specific sub-groups. I am also looking forward to integrating other features over the coming months as time permits.”
