"We sent the schedule out so we can see where equipment and people are every month. When there’s a delay, it’s easy to see if it’s going to cause a problem. We always know what needs to happen next and make sure all resources are covered and routed correctly. It’s really easy and intuitive to use. We customized all the fields in the projects and even some in specific tasks. We use it every day and all 8 managers use it at the same time. Sometimes we’re on the phone together and we giggle, because somebody changes something and it changes on my end instantly, and everybody loves that. We really enjoy working with Ganttic now.”
