Most of our customers use FunctionFox as a standalone, because it doesn’t need to integrate with other packages. In fact, users are able to reduce reliance on other software – FunctionFox replaces Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for tracking time, and Word for creating invoices.

Classic
Timesheets and Project Tracking for $5 per month per user ($35/m for 1st user)
Classic provides easy-to-use timesheets with stopwatch timer, and simple project tracking with email reminders and alerts. Classic users can add an unlimited number of clients, projects, and personnel, create project estimates and track budgets. This package also includes the ability to create customized reports on clients, projects, personnel & more.
Premier
Advanced Project Management for $10 per month per user ($50/m for 1st user)
With Premier, users get Classic features, as well as the ability to assign actions and allocate resources. A Project Calendar and scheduling capabilities are included, as is a To-Do List with a built-in stopwatch timer. Project tracking features include establishing and tracking timelines and project milestones, as well as a Project Blog, to enhance internal and external communication.
In-House
In-House Creative Teams for $15 per month per user ($100/m for 1st user)
Our In-House package includes a Project Request Form for all outside departments, and powerful Custom Fields to track project info. Also in this package are Flink, our Cloud-based document exchange capability as well as reports specifically designed for in-house teams, including Cycle and Capacity Reports and fully customizable Reports.
FunctionFox provides both a free Demo and a free Trial. The Demo is pre-populated with sample information, so there is no data entry required, and people interested in a quick overview without making a commitment of any kind can explore and test the software. Our Trial is also free. The difference between the Demo and Trial is that the Trial allows people to enter their own information – real life projects, clients, personnel and tasks – and to give the software a rigorous ‘test drive’ before committing to purchase. And of course, FunctionFox Systems protects potential customers’ privacy. Any data entered will not be sold, shared or misused in any way.
FunctionFox offers help as much help as each customer needs as often they need it – free of charge – from our first contact on. Not everyone needs us to help with training (FunctionFox is pretty simple and intuitive). Others need more support, and we’re very happy to provide it, through real-person assistance, our helpful training videos, or our PDF guides. We know that each creative company is different, and that questions can arise at any time, so we place no limits on how much or how little training is needed. As long as you are a FunctionFox customer, we’ve got your back.
Implementing FunctionFox ranges from very easy to ridiculously simple. Small companies can be set up and ready to go within 30 minutes, while it may take larger companies a little longer, depending on how many people are involved and how organized the company is. Most larger companies are set up with their staff on board within an hour or two. We have made the process clear and simple so that it takes little time away from more important things – like creativity and profitability. It’s just a matter of adding your clients, projects and people, and you’re ready to get your feet wet. Once set up is complete (with our help if it is needed), very little training is necessary to bring personnel up to speed.
