"I didn’t have a mobile-responsive website and needed an update. I’d known about Foster Web Marketing for a while through Ben Glass and Great Legal Marketing, and I have friends that have used FWM, so I knew the work was good. I’ve worked with other vendors before, but I liked that Foster Web Marketing had processes in place for their law firm website designs and had questions that really made me think about my practice’s internet presence. The team would send over questions, and I’d email back about what I envisioned. The design process was pretty smooth. DSS is nice because it is user-friendly. I have had in-house marketing people in the past, but now I’m doing it myself. I’m not super technical, but I’m able to post blogs and do things in DSS. I also liked that I could just send a support request or call over. If it was something simple, the team would just take care of it and let you know how to do it yourself in the future. The result is that we have doubled, or even tripled, leads coming from the internet. Before the new website launched, I was getting around 1,400 website sessions per month. Now, I’m getting 3,000 per month. FWM is really responsive and lets us know when new things are going on with Google. I would recommend FWM to small-to-medium law firms, especially estate planners, litigators, family lawyers, and other lawyers who deal directly with their clients, that are already successful but have room for growth.”
