First Step is a staffing company with a heart. They actively seek out the employees that other staffing companies turn away. They're fighting homelessness and poverty in Atlanta with jobs. First Step seeks to help military veterans, people with disabilities, previously incarcerated men and women, and those experiencing homelessness. They make it easier to get back to work, by providing wrap-around services for their employees including job coaching, rides to work and uniform materials when necessary.
