FinishLine was originally developed in 2006 when a prominent Hawaii Developer presented Robert McIntosh, President of Active3DB and FinishLine Software LLC and his lead software developer Sivan Leoni with the Punch List management dilemma that they had experienced developing luxury high rise condominium projects in the past. Their mission is to provide a collaborative, easy to use list management system for all stakeholders in a project, resulting in significant improvement in communication, and reduction in time spent inspecting and reporting.
