The product is perfectly aligned with producing a festival but still flexible enough to meet the needs of the strangest of requests. We were originally hesitant to work with a small team like Festival Pro with a software that was still developing. But it didn't take long to realize that this small team was also a scrappy-get-it-done-team with incredible customer service skills to boot. Other companies respond to support tickets with "Sorry, we can't do that at this time, or sorry we don't have that feature". Festival Pro responds, "We can do that, when do you need it?"
