Most of our users are not technical. We have spent years refining and simplifying our user interface to appeal to first-time users without deep technical knowledge. At the same time, larger events can become quite complex, and our system contains advanced features to handle these complexities when our users are ready to use them.

For organizing private events or frequently occurring sign-up style activities (classes, courses, meetings), our competitors include Eventbrite, SignUpGenius and SurveyMonkey. For larger public events, our competitors include Cvent, Bizzabo, and Aventri.

Eventene provides one of the most advanced and customizable registration solutions on the market. Organizers can send direct invitations by email, where guests can RSVP or register using any mobile, tablet, or desktop device, using any of the modern popular browsers.
Another major differentiator is Eventene’s ability to assign guests into arbitrary groups, teams, tables, and transportation or lodging options, for each activity within the overall event. Organizers can easily distribute their assignments to the guests without having to construct such assignments manually using spreadsheets and PDF files.
Finally, the free Eventene Mobile App enriches the experience for the participants by providing a convenient method to manage their registrations, sign ups, and access an event’s full details, including agenda, links to video meetings, maps to venue locations, personal assignments, and attendee directory with contact information, if made available by the organizer. The Mobile App becomes highly useful for the organizers, as well, by providing a convenient check in, check out feature to take attendance for each of the activities on the schedule. Organizers can also send out event notifications to alert guests of any updates.

Eventene provides useful integration with Google, Facebook, and Microsoft services, including single sign on and importing existing contacts for creating invitation lists for events. We offer deep payment processing integration with Stripe, providing a streamlined user experience during event registration.

Subscription rates depend upon the size of the events, number of software deployments within the organization, amount of advanced customization required, and the amount of onboarding, training, and support that a customer needs. All Eventene subscription plans include unlimited events during the period.

Does Eventene offer a trial or free download available?
We offer a short trial period for organizations who wish to try out our system on a trial basis. The Eventene Mobile App is free to download for all users, but its functionality is limited to events created and organized within the Eventene Management system, which requires a paid subscription.

Organizations with complex support needs include designated onboarding, training, and a deeper level of support as detailed in their subscription package. Organizations that do not require a custom level of onboarding or training, however, can access our self-help options in our Help Center, which includes articles and tutorial videos to learn or reference the core features.

Describe the implementation process and timeline for Eventene software.
Setting up simple events, such as a dinner party for 25 guests, is quite easy and can be accomplished in under 20 minutes. Organizations that require membership sign ups and/or setting up a recurring set of weekly and monthly events may require anywhere from 2-5 hours of set up time. The time invested in setting up an organization’s first few events is well worth it, however, since each event then becomes a template for future events.

What are the Eventene support options? List all.
The Eventene Help Center provides a useful portal to self-help articles and video tutorials to learn about all aspects of the product. Our customers can also submit support tickets to receive personalized help by email on their specific issues. For more complex issues, we offer a phone support option in our higher tier subscriptions. For organizations that require a deeper level support, we offer customized onboarding, training, and support packages with higher level subscriptions.
