"This email has been a long time coming since our event in April, but I really did want to take the time of thanking you for the work and effort you put in to our wonderful décor for my client’s farewell dinner at Studio Manarchy. As you will remember, I probably contacted you ONLY about 2 weeks before the event with ONLY my abstract thoughts and own crazy ideas….. what was amazing though, was that you took those ideas and concepts and with your own flair and attention to detail turned out something better than I could have imagined. I don’t say that lightly because my experience in many cases has been that client concepts are often misunderstood and poorly executed and usually over budget. I know we had some moments where we need to negotiate but I felt you were always fair and kept your professional integrity. The end result reflected all of your outstanding personal qualities as a design specialist.
