Anytime I have a question (or crisis!) she always returns with a solution quickly or lets me know where we are at in the process. She definitely runs the ship and makes sure the team is doing what needs to be done and also follows up. I have to credit a lot of the smoothness of our transition to her exceptional organizational skills and knowledge of the system. I have also had great success with the support line. I have spoken with 3 of your staff (Keith, Aaron, and Brenda) and they were all very knowledgeable and responded quickly.
