"Being a small state coalition with four full time staff and 32 member programs, it was increasingly difficult for us to manually key in all of the information being reported by our members. Our previous method of using Excel spreadsheets for data collection was very time consuming and not a good use of our staff time or resources. Coalition Manager has given our member programs the ability to securely input the required information directly to us. This feature alone saves our staff significant time, and allows us to focus on providing technical assistance and collaboration on special projects that greatly benefit our members. Coalition Manager also allows us to create training events, track registrations, and keep a historical record of staff attendance for all of our 32 programs. In addition, the platform allows us to internally measure the activities of our team members, which helps us provide a more accurate account of our efforts around the state to both our board and funders. It should also be noted that our experience with Element 74 and their staff has been wonderful and we appreciate their assistance whenever we have any questions or customization needs. Overall, we are very happy using Coalition Manager as our data collection and reporting software and would recommend it to any state domestic or sexual violence coalition."
