“EcoInteractive’s knowledge of the MPO and TIP process and regulation vs. just general database development skills is huge. It saves us a lot of time and frustration when we call or email with any complicated request, we generally don’t need to explain why we’re making the request, they get it. Right out of the box the software meets all of the MPO’s federal regulations for a TIP. Even if there is a little tweaking, a product that meets federal, state, and regional regulations is produced right away. We can’t stress enough how helpful it has been to not have any IT costs or requirements for the system on the CMAP side. It’s a huge value-add, from the bottom-to-the-top, including the board, there’s no question the value of this software for what we have to do. From our standpoint, it’s not only a monetary savings but a headache savings by choosing to go with EcoInteractive.
