"We have been using Easy Shifts for self-scheduling in Emergency Services and Obstetrics for the past 6 months. It was a very fast learning curve for the staff. They love being able to sign up for their hours at home, at work, anywhere. We are able to monitor self-scheduling and ensure everyone is following the self-scheduling procedures now. When we were on paper, we couldn't tell when someone penciled in their hours to see if they were following the rules. A huge plus is that we can see scheduling holes at a very quick glance. Staff has a great deal of autonomy with trading hours and finding their own replacements. Easy Shifts has taken hours of scheduling work away from us and let the employee have the satisfaction of controlling their work and home life. Complaints about favoritism and scheduling in general have diminished. Jordan is extremely prompt and helpful in customizing the templates and making it work for your facility. My only wish is that I would have created the program myself!"
