"At the start Pat’s team correctly identified our strengths and weaknesses, our brand limitations and the potential for a bigger market share through a revised brand identity. They led us through the key aspects of our brand including naming, logos and marks, signage and corporate work-wear, revisions to website and social media, and the framing of key messages to the market.
