“The results were a success, through the flexibility of being able to add new fields to the output we went from reviewing 50 duplicates to 70 duplicates per hour in no time at all. In total, over a seven week period, a team of three people reviewed, perfected and merged 18,000 records. This would not have been achievable without this tool. Although the main checks are now complete we are still using the system to monitor new data and ensure that we maintain quality and uniqueness of records.”
