Diverse Employment was the vision of Lindsay Macpherson, Managing Director. Lindsay had previously worked for various other recruitment agencies in the past but had never really agreed with the operating methods these companies had. The true focus of what a recruitment agency should be trying to achieve for employees and employers appeared to have long been forgotten, instead hard sell tactics were continually used with no regard for the treatment of the employee or the level of service provided to the employers.
