First, the proposals are simple gorgeous filled with lots of detail and an opportunity to create the prettiest design/style board without having to create one on your own. Second, the customer service is outstanding. If I have a question or problem the team always responds quickly and my mistakes are always resolved without question. Third the value of this system cannot be measured. We save hours of recipe building, stem counting and resource tracking with this software. I cannot imagine going back to the old excel spreadsheets, Canva templates and hours of searching for images. Finally, we love how Details is always moving forward. They are always ready to listen and keep evolving with our changing needs and demands. This is the must-have system for us."
