The detailed time estimates looked realistic and achievable to us. While not the lowest bid, it seemed to be the most realistic estimate for the work that needed to be performed. In addition to the accurate scoping, they possess very skilled resources in the technical and functional areas including HCM/Payroll which are difficult resources to find in this environment.
