Deacom users have a day job so there are options for both remote and on-site Deacaom implementation services. The Deacom implementation process is broken down into five phases:
1.Project Kickoff and Discovery - The implementation process begins with a Project Kickoff where ECI and customer teams gather initial business requirements, walk through the process, and the system is installed.
2.Process Engineering – Next, static data is converted from legacy systems into Deacom, user training begins, and existing business processes are mapped into Deacom. System enhancements are also completed, tested, and deployed during this phase to address any unique customer requirements that may have been discovered.
3. Mock Go-Live – All data conversion profiles and programs that have been written during process engineering are tested to ensure a smooth, official Go-Live.
4. Training/User Acceptance Completed - In the third phase, transactional data is converted from the legacy system into Deacom, user acceptance testing is completed, and processes are re-examined as necessary. It is at this time that all training of end-users is expected to be successfully completed.
5. Go-Live – This is the time data is cutover to Deacom and live input of transactions begin exclusively in Deacom ERP.
