What is S2K Vision?

Davisware’s S2K Vision is a field service platform that can be deployed in the cloud or hosted on premise. Main features include point-of-sale and preventive maintenance, budgeting, job quoting, inventory management, accounting, fleet maintenance, financial statements, customer service web portal, and CRM. Other functionalities are work order management, billing and invoicing, and contact management.

S2K Vision offers standalone GPS tracking, scheduling, and dispatch modules that you can also avail as part of a software suite. The program integrates with Survey Square, Solve, OpenEdge, Global Software, Continuity Programs, Avalara, and other solutions. The vendor provides mobile apps for Windows and Android phones. Customer support is delivered over email and for self-help there are user forums and a knowledge base.

The companion Remote Field Service (RFS) platform helps field techs to complete services calls using web-enabled tablet devices. RFS is OS agnostic and connects with main S2K Vision application to efficiently record job activities.
