“Dalux is part of our BIM strategy to make designs accessible to our project teams beyond paper to allow them to articulate and interrogate information collaboratively. On site, our people not only have the ability to access the latest design intent, they also have the capability to monitor and compare construction against that design in 3D. Features like photo capture as shown below on one of our DfE school projects, includes 360 photospheres allowing progress to be monitored and compared to other captured points in time. This is an incredibly powerful way to keep photo records as they are spatially overlayed on 2D and 3D plans which allow quick comparisons in rooms or zones between dates and the 3D model which improves quality assurance and record keeping."
