One unique area of our CRM is that we offer full implementation, data architecture, and training as part of our value. It's woven into our partnership with our customers and we wouldn't want it any other way.
It really depends on what the FI is looking to do with us. We've seen 4-week implementations for phase 1, we've seen 3-month implementations for phase 2. It all depends on how quickly requirements are gathered and completed together.
