"CoScreen has been an astonishingly useful introduction to our onboarding and orientation process, as well as within our internal team discussions and brainstorming sessions. We’ve found to be particularly useful involves the orientation of our new developers. We may, at times be training 2-4 new developers at the same time, and much of this process involves guided instructions for the developers to follow. Traditionally, we’ve used Zoom and shared the instructor’s screen to demonstrate the process that they should be following. When training was delivered live, in-person, we were able to walk around the room and assist the trainees as they worked their way through the process. However, with the current, heavily remote-oriented climate, we had lost the ability to do this. With CoScreen, we’ve been able to maintain synchronization with all trainees as they progress through the exercises, identifying hurdles and issues as they occur, which has improved the efficiency and overall experience of the training substantially."
