"Since we started with CDG and using MBS, Nanette has been my PSR. She consistently goes above and beyond to help me with whatever I need. Sometimes, it is something easy that she has already explained to me. She does not mind explaining it again. She often sends me e-mails with screen shots, because she knows I learn best that way. Most recently, we added a new product and Nanette worked tirelessly to get things ready for our roll out. She worked through billing content and structure with me and helped develop the new reporting tools we would need. In her absence, Regina steps in with gusto to provide whatever is needed. There have been multiple occasions when Regina has talked me through an order or helped with reports. She most recently worked with programming to get a new report we needed for a deadline. I love the entire team at CDG, but, to me Nanette and Regina are the best!"
