    CMiC delivers extensive hands-on product training as part of the deployment process, which is typically led by CMiC's professional services organization. Training costs are normally included as part of the deployment services agreement. In addition, CMiC offers ongoing user training, which can be delivered in different modalities: hands-on with groups of users; train-the-trainer; or online, through CMiC University.

  • Describe the implementation process and timeline for CMiC software.

    The implementation process, which includes discovery sessions, site visits, interviews, process mappings and extensive documentation, depends on several factors, including (but no limited to) the specific functionality that is being deployed; the amount of configuration required; the number and nature of integrations with complimentary technologies; and the number of different types of users getting trained. As such, initial implementations vary greatly in duration, from a few months to up to a year.

    CMiC has an extensive team of support professionals who focus on customer success throughout the lifecycle of every customer. Large enterprise customers with hundreds or thousands of users have dedicated account management teams, while smaller firms share teams of technical and product experts. An essential element of the CMiC support experience is the Support Portal, where all customers can open and track support tickets, request enhancements, access product information from an extensive library, view self-help videos, chat with peer users and much more. Several support packages are available and depend on the deployment method (e.g., multi-tenant Cloud vs. Platform-as-a-Service vs. on-premise), the size of the user base, SLAs in the service agreement and other factors.
