“Education sector is one of the most important domains in the success of any country. With the adaptations in technology, we need to imbibe the latest technology used into our systems so that our children do not lag behind in any possible way. With the growing popularity of cloud working environment, we too employed cloud working models into our institute’s work systems. This initially gave us the necessary thrust and is still giving, but we cannot rule out the pitfalls of going via this approach, which lies in the exposure of critical data unintentionally due to students or teachers free data access. We faced many data security challenges, mainly about the login page as G suite gives same login page both for the Personal Gmail and also for the corporate Gmail as well, but we wanted our school branding on the login page, so we deployed CloudCodes CASB solution, which was customized to provide us with this custom login page.”
