Caban Systems designs a software enabled energy storage solution for telecom infrastructure providers worldwide. Over 1M telecom sites worldwide are located in areas with unreliable or non-existent electrical grid infrastructure. For these remote sites, relying heavily on diesel gensets and lead-acid batteries no longer makes sense - vandalism, high diesel costs, frequent maintenance and regular equipment replacement is inefficient and costly. As the use of smartphones and mobile data exponentially increases, cost effective, on-site energy storage and generation is essential.
