"Bulletproof played a pivotal role in BIGW’s Online Platform redesign. As part of our work together, Bulletproof started with a consulting engagement with BIGW to determine the existing implementation, pain points and risks. This led to a solution architecture and design to facilitate the re-architected migration of BIGW Online solution from a third party product offering to the cloud (AWS). As part of the delivery phase of the project, Bulletproof worked together with the BIGW stakeholders to enable the AWS based solution with autoscaling and HA, as well as implement CI/CD and automation capabilities. Thanks to our work together, BIGW went live on this platform in March 2017 and we've already run multiple successful campaigns. This solution has helped BIGW run a very successful Toy Sale campaign among others, without any downtime or capacity issues and the platform has sustained extensive load (concurrent users & TPS). Additionally, Bulletproof has implemented comprehensive alerting and monitoring that's enabled us to enjoy the peace of mind that comes with 24/7 support."
